Our services are broken into three main areas:
Verification of Insurance Coverage
Determining what active insurance coverage, either medical or vision, is available for each patient BEFORE they arrive for their scheduled appointment. Specific benefit information is gathered and documented. This makes billing more clear and increases the likelihood of collecting out of pocket costs from the patient on the day of service.
Vision Plan Management
Submitting claims and orders to vision payers such as VSP or EyeMed. This service includes a detailed review of vision plan billing to confirm copays and out of pocket costs are charged correctly.
Insurance Accounts Receivables (IAR) Management
Overseeing the billing and claims submission process for medical and vision plan payers. Denied claims are addressed in a timely fashion. Payer payments are reviewed for accuracy before being posted.
